Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based method of working with individuals who have concerns including; depression, anxiety, and trauma. CBT is quite structured and your therapist will act as a guide to you in the process. You will be expected to complete homework between sessions with a focus on changing the thought processes you have and the resulting feelings and actions.
