Smoking Cessation Program
Each individual who wishes to participate in the smoking cessation program will have an assessment of their level of nicotine use and abuse, by Dr. Bill Jacyk, MD and Paul Laurie, IDADC. A prescription may be provided in order to manage the withdrawal symptoms. The assessment will also be used to create an individualized treatment plan.
Please call (519) 746-9062 or contact us for further information or to enroll in the next available group.
